ALL-SAFE aims to overcome educational barriers by equipping surgeons in low-resource settings with the skills to perform laparoscopy safely, confidently, and competently—without requiring specialized training equipment or in-person instruction. The courses focus on the laparoscopic management of common pathologies that can be safely treated with significant patient benefits. Additionally, the skills acquired through ALL-SAFE are broadly applicable to basic laparoscopic procedures.
