Patrick Georgoff, MD
Patrick Georgoff is an Acute Care Surgeon at Duke University. He went to medical school at the University of Pennsylvania, completed General Surgery residency and Surgical Critical Care fellowship at the University of Michigan, and a Trauma Surgery fellowship at the University of Texas in Houston. His clinical practice includes the full spectrum of Acute Care Surgery in addition to elective hernia surgery. Patrick is the Associate Program of the General Surgery Residency and associate Trauma Medical Director at Duke.

Jason Bingham, MD
Jason is a general and bariatric surgeon at Madigan Army Medical Center. He also serves as the Director of Research and Associate Program Director for the general surgery residency program. He received his undergraduate degree from New York University and medical degree at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. He is a medical officer in the US Army with several combat deployments under his belt. Jason’s research efforts focus on the management of hemorrhagic shock, trauma induced coagulopathy, and ischemia-reperfusion injury. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, snowboarding, and sailing in the Puget Sound.

John McClellan, MD
John is an active-duty Army Trauma/CC/Acute Care Surgeon whose primary practice is at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. He completed his undergraduate degree at Mercyhurst University and medical school at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. After completing a surgical residency at Madigan Army Medical Center, he completed his Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at Harborview Medical Center. His professional interests include surgical education and providing care in austere environments. John enjoys most outdoor activities and raising two young children with his wife Morgan.

Scott Steele, MD
Dr. Steele is the President of the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Submarket and Chair of the Department of Colorectal Surgery. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point (1994). Earned medical degree from University of Wisconsin in 1998. Completed residency in general surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA (2003) and fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at the University of Minnesota Medical Center (2005). On active duty from 1998-2015, including four combat deployments, and serving at Madigan Army Medical Center as a colorectal surgeon and Associate Program Director of the General Surgery Residency Program. Was the Division Chief of Colorectal Surgery at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, as well as Vice Chairman of Clinical Affairs and Associate Director of Surgical Services for the Digestive Health Institute, prior to being named the Chairman of Department of Colorectal Surgery here at the Clinic Clinic in 2016.

Kevin Kniery, MD
Kevin is a vascular surgeon at Brooke Army Medical Center. He completed his undergraduate degree at the United States Military Academy in West Point, medical school at Tulane University, general surgery residency at Madigan Army Medical Center, and vascular fellowship at Cornell and Columbia. Kevin is passionate about podcasts, his family, endurance sports, and baseball.
