Dr. Robert Menard
Dr. Menard is Surgical Director of the Northern California Kaiser Permanente Regional Craniofacial Clinic, where he oversees surgical care for patients with cleft lip and palate and craniofacial anomalies across all ages. He graduated from Stanford University School of Medicine (1992) with the Dean's Award for Excellence in Clinical Medicine, completed General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residencies at Stanford, and a craniofacial surgery fellowship at the Australian Craniofacial Unit in Adelaide. A former US Fulbright Scholar, he studied in Rome under Nobel Prize winner Dr. Rita Levi-Montalcini. Over the past twenty years, Dr. Menard has performed more than 10,000 plastic and reconstructive procedures, including endoscopic craniosynostosis correction, cleft lip and palate repair, and complex craniofacial anomaly correction.
