Ambassador Programme

Terms & Conditions

1. What the Programme is About

You’ll help spread the word about SURGhub in your networks — sharing our courses, stories, and impact with healthcare workers and communities who can benefit.

It’s a volunteer-based programme designed to inspire action and grow our reach.

2. No Money, No Strings

This is a non-financial programme — there are no cash payments or financial rewards for referrals.
From time to time, we may recognise Ambassadors with certificates, features, or other non-financial tokens of appreciation. These are entirely at the discretion of GSF, and there is no entitlement or claim to any reward.

3. How to Use the Toolkit

We’ll give you logos, images, and sample text to make sharing easier.
You must use them exactly as provided — please don’t change the design, wording, or meaning.

4. Be Accurate & Respectful

When you promote SURGhub:
 • Stick to the facts from our official materials.
 • Be respectful, inclusive, and professional in tone.
 • Don’t use your referral link in spam or paid ads without permission.

5. You Are Not a GSF Representative

This is important: Ambassadors are volunteers.
You are not an employee, agent, or official representative of the Global Surgery Foundation, and you can’t sign agreements, make promises, or act on behalf of GSF.

You can proudly say:

“I’m a SURGhub Ambassador, helping connect healthcare workers to accessible surgical education.”

6. Staying in the Programme

We may end your participation if you:
 • Don’t follow these guidelines,
 • Act in a way that could harm the reputation of GSF,
 • Or are inactive for more than six months.

You can also leave anytime — just let us know.

7. Your Data

We’ll only use your personal data to run the Programme and communicate with you, in line with our Privacy Policy.
